Terms + Conditions

Cancellations:

Tuition: 24 hours notice

Performance: 2 weeks notice

All bookings are locked in upon agreement of date/time and, when applicable, price. Deposits may be required for certain events. All Tuition cancellations require 24 hours notice and Performance cancellations require a full two weeks notice. Failure to notify Mark within the cancellation period will result in forfeit of the booking and payment will still be required.

Make-up Lessons:

Make-up lessons are offered to students when a cancellation is made outside of the 24 hour notice period and are required to be booked within the billing cycle, or else the make-up lesson is forfeited. If Mark is unable to teach, and has provided at least 24 hours notice, a make-up lesson will be arranged in order to cover that lesson. If Mark cancels less than 24 hours notice, that lesson will not only be made-up but come free of charge.
